Looker Studio is free, but it has no native connectors for Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn or TikTok. To get all your ads into one report you need a third-party connector. We compared four that do exactly that job —bringing ad platform data into Looker Studio, Google Sheets and other destinations— using the prices and limits on their official pages.

1. Windsor.ai: many accounts for little money

According to its pricing page, every plan includes every connector (350+), unlimited syncs to BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI, up to 10 years of history and MCP access. Basic ($19/month annual) gives 3 sources and 75 accounts; Standard ($99) 7 sources and hourly sync; Plus ($249) 10 sources and 200 accounts; Professional ($499) 14 sources, 500 accounts and 15-minute sync. It states GDPR and SOC 2 Type II compliance.

Who it's for: agencies and freelancers with many client accounts and few platforms.

2. Dataslayer: a European alternative with unlimited rows

Dataslayer is a Madrid-based company. According to its pricing page, Starter costs $35/month billed annually (3 connectors, 1 user, 3 accounts per connector), Advanced $115 (7 connectors, 10 users, 50 accounts per connector, hourly refresh, data blending and AI Insights) and Pro $345 (10 connectors, unlimited users, 100 accounts per connector). The core destinations —Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio and Power BI— have no row limit. It says it does not store your data and complies with GDPR and ISO 27001.

Who it's for: teams who want several users on the mid plan and prefer a European vendor.

3. Porter Metrics: pay per account

The Porter Metrics pricing page charges per source account: $15/month for one, $30 for two, $39.99 for three and $8 per account between 5 and 12; the per-account price keeps falling to $2 from 200 accounts. Annual billing gives two months free. MCC accounts are not billed, it connects 30+ sources with Looker Studio, Sheets, Power BI and AI chats, and includes MCP.

Who it's for: small businesses with one or two accounts per platform who want to pay only for what they use.

4. Supermetrics: the market standard

According to its pricing page, Starter starts at $44/month billed annually with one core destination (Looker Studio, Sheets, Excel, Power BI or AI chats), 3 sources, 1 user and 3 accounts per source; Growth rises to $177 with 6 sources, 2 users and 7 accounts per source; Enterprise is quote-based and includes warehouses such as BigQuery and Snowflake. Extra destinations and users are paid separately.

Who it's for: companies that want an established vendor and expect to grow into a data warehouse.

How to choose a connector

  • Count your accounts, not just your platforms: that is what moves the price most.
  • Many client accounts: Windsor.ai (75 accounts from the Basic plan).
  • Few accounts and a tight budget: Porter Metrics.
  • Several users and a European vendor: Dataslayer Advanced.
  • A path to BigQuery or Snowflake: Supermetrics Enterprise.

We compare the first two in depth in Windsor.ai vs Dataslayer. And if you measure conversions, first review Enhanced Conversions and Consent Mode v2: a report is only as good as the data it gets.

Our opinion

For most small agencies, Windsor.ai's mix of price and included accounts is hard to beat; for an advertiser with one account per platform, Porter Metrics usually works out cheaper. Before deciding, connect your real accounts during the trial and check the metrics you use are there (conversions by action, for example): a connector list doesn't guarantee every field is available.

PPCradar currently has no affiliate agreement with any of these connectors. If we did, the links would say so.

Frequently asked questions

Does Looker Studio have a free Meta Ads connector?

Not natively. Google offers connectors for its own products; for Meta, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn or TikTok you use third-party connectors like those in this list.

What is the cheapest connector?

With a single account, Porter Metrics ($15/month or $12.50 billed annually). Windsor.ai and Dataslayer also have very limited free plans after the trial.

What counts as an "account" in the price?

Each connected ad account. In Windsor.ai each client under an MCC counts; in Porter Metrics the MCC itself isn't billed.

Can I move from Supermetrics to Dataslayer?

Dataslayer says on its pricing page that it can import data from Supermetrics. Confirm with its support for your specific reports.

Do they also work with Google Sheets and Power BI?

Yes: all four list Google Sheets and Power BI among their destinations, as well as Looker Studio.
